It’s small group personal training max 6 people per coach. That means you get real coaching: form correction, personalized progressions, and a plan that builds week to week. It’s not a loud “follow-along” class. It’s coaching in a small group setting.

 

No. We start with Foundations so your body can handle training again: mobility, technique, strength, and smart progression. You’ll work hard, but it’s designed to build you up not beat you up so you can create Momentum safely and consistently.

 

Most people feel better in the first 1–2 weeks (energy, strength, confidence). Visible changes usually show up in 4–8 weeks, depending on consistency, nutrition, sleep, and your starting point. The goal is sustainable momentum that gets you to your SUMMIT and keeps you there.
